岗位职责
- 规划制订及实施训练管理室的工作计划和预算
- 追踪培训制度执行情况，推动公司培训制度落地执行；规划及执行本机构专讲和导师的培养、激励及日常管
- 对部门成员的工作和发展进行指导和管理，培养并帮助其成长 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.5-10年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作精神，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，杰出的抗压耐力，具有优秀的领悟、规划策划能力，优秀的担当精神，优秀的执行力，高质量完成本职工作
