## Job description

岗位职责
- 对所辖网点进行有效经营，提高网点业务产能；
- 收集网点及同业信息，健全网点经营档案，定期检视网点经营效果，并制定和落实改善措施；
- 组织网点培训及市场营销活动，辅导渠道人员提升业务技能，运用多种营销模式提升产能；
- 做好网点及客户相关售后、相关配套服务工作。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，在金融-保险行业，有1-3年银保客户经理岗工作经验，
