## Job description

岗位职责

### 绩效管理
- 负责管理团队，制定业务计划，通过督促与指导，完成团队及个人业务指标；

### 资源转化
- 带领团队拓展商圈市场，维护客户关系，聚焦行业资源，快速触达中小微企业主、个体工商户等目标客群；

### 业务初审
- 审核个贷经理上报资料的完整性和真实性，提出初审意见；

### 团队建设与管理
- 寻找、吸引优秀人才，并通过培训、目标及活动量管理等有效手段提升个贷经理产能和服务水平，保持团队业务稳健发展；

### 合法合规
- 建立团队内部有效的内控、监督方法，并有效执行。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 在银行从事零售信贷、普惠金融、公司金融等正编岗位工作经验3年及以上，有管理经验者优先；
- 品行端正，无监管部门、政府部门不良行为记录，征信无不良、无经商办企业，非黑名单人员(公安、行业、银行等黑名单);
- 具备领导力、辅导带教能力、结果导向及抗压能力，优秀的团队协作能力和市场开拓能力，较强的风险识别能力与解决问题能力；
- 具备行业洞察和系统思维，能够明确工作重点并匹配资源，制定清晰、完整的工作计划。
