## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对信用债、ABS、REITs、部分权益产品等各类交易对手进行信用风险分析，撰写信用分析报告；对重点投资品种和主体进行定期信用风险跟踪；
- 对行业进行深入研究，定期/不定期撰写相关行业风险研究报告和信用策略报告；
- 对相关政策、市场进行跟踪和研究，为投行和投资团队提供支持；
- 优化信用评级系统功能，开发和维护数据库，参与模型开发工作。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、财会、数学、计算机等相关专业或理工科复合背景；
- 有买方或卖方研究、券商投行执行/质控内核、审计从业、信用评级等相关工作经历；
- 有CPA、CFA二级、FRM二级资格优先，有建模、编程能力优先；
- 较强的综合研究、逻辑分析和文字表达能力，拥有良好的团队合作和沟通技能；
- 工作责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力。
