## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责TOF（FOF）产品的管理\研究
- 负责研究股票多头、量化对冲、CTA、套利等策略赛道，基于历史和当前的情况，通过定量和定性分析给出对赛道未来的专业判断
- 负责调研私募基金公司，进行定性和定量研究，撰写尽调报告，搭建并维护基金池 维护和私募、券商以及同业的关系，挖掘和扩充优秀私募机构信息获取途径
- 熟悉各类金融产品和金融工具，参与组合投资各类产品的设计和研发，根据客户个性化需求，提供专业的投资解决方案进行路演 任职资格
- 知名院校硕士及以上学历，金融，数学，统计，理工专业
- 具备3年以上的FOF资管经验，作为基金经理管理过较大规模产品，获得过行业认可的投资类奖项
- 有底层策略开发经验的优先考虑，开发过股票多头、量化对冲、CTA、套利等某一赛道； 有海外资产配置经验的优先考虑；
- 具有较强的逻辑思维能力、文字表达能力、沟通表达能力和人际交往能力
- 能承受一定的工作压力，工作积极主动
