岗位职责
- 搭建、维护当地政府关系，在与政府接触中挖掘政、农业务商机；
- 提高农业保险中标区域承保率；
- 管控业务品质；
- 农网建设及农网团队管理；
- 负责承保理赔档案的完整性、真实性；
- 农商险业务需求调研、计提及业务拓展； 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，有1-3年农险客户经理工作经验，
- 担任销售管理、项目管理、风险管理，
- 熟悉营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户服务、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户关系管理、营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户发展，
