## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责小微企业主及个人信用类产品营销、客户开拓和维护。
- 聚焦商机营销和存量客户经营，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接。
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务。
- 落实贷款业务经办承办、贷中、贷后管理，为客户提供综合服务，提升存量客户续借复贷等。
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历。
- 具有个贷销售经历或个贷资源者优先。
- 具备较强的服务意识及综合经营能力。
- 积极进取、目标导向、纪律及合规意识强。
- 具备较好的抗压能力、沟通及表达能力佳、具有良好的团队协作意识与态度。
