## Job description

### 岗位职责 市场策略研究

跟踪全球及国内宏观经济数据、政策动向和流动性变化，独立撰写定期与不定期的大势研判和策略报告。 基于自上而下的研究框架，为公司的资产配置建议提供核心决策支持。 2.

### 行业比较与深度研究

对重点行业（如科技、消费、高端制造等）进行深度跟踪和基本面研究，剖析其商业模式、竞争格局和生命周期。 进行跨行业比较分析，挖掘具有长期投资价值的黄金赛道和阶段性投资机会。 3.

### 基金产品研究与评价

将市场策略和行业观点应用于基金产品研究，深入分析基金经理的投资风格、策略契合度及业绩归因。 基于研究结论，参与构建和优化公司的“基金产品池”和核心组合，为产品引进提供专业建议。 4.

### 内部支持与客户赋能

为内部投资顾问团队提供专业培训和策略解读，提升团队的专业素养。 参与制作面向高净值客户的投资策略报告会、路演材料，输出专业观点等。 任职资格 1.

### 必备条件

国内外顶尖院校金融、经济、数学、统计等相关专业硕士及以上学历。 3-5年以上行业或基金研究经验，熟练掌握自上而下的研究分析方法。 熟练使用Wind、同花顺iFind等数据终端。 2.

### 优先考虑

同时具备买方和卖方研究经验者。 具有CFA、FRM等专业资格认证者。 在某一特定行业（如科技、消费、高端制造等）有深厚研究积累者。 有面向理财师进行培训经验者。
