## Job description

岗位职责
- 分管二级行整体公司业务，完成一级行下达的营销任务
- 主导业务拓展、策划并组织所辖业务部门实施营销活动
- 负责团队建设和人才培养，包括产品、技能、政策培训

### 工作地点
- 芜湖市 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，年龄40周岁以下优先 2、具有丰富的市场开拓经验、具备较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力 3、5年及以上营销经验，丰富的市场营销专业知识，熟悉各种金融产品和相关业务 4、职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪不良从业记录
