## Job description

岗位职责
- 以客户经营为核心，基于客户需求定制活动方案，通过线上及线下方式触达目标客户，实现客户活跃、提升、留存；
- 营销活动策划，物料文宣品制作配送，组织活动，保证推广策略的落实；
- 贯彻组织业务竞赛活动，推动分行KPI完成；
- 根据销售流程及销售标准，督导各销售团队，提高人员产能。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、市场营销相关专业毕业； 2、3年及以上银行工作经验，有银行一线工作经验优先； 3、对各类银行产品有很好的理解能力，具备完备的市场营销知识体系。
