## Job description

岗位职责
- 开发利率债、国债期货、转债相关量化策略；
- 协助市场数据定量化、可视化数据分析；
- 协助量化系统建设、账户投后管理相关工作。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融工程、统计学、数学、金融等相关专业；
- 具备IT专业背景，能熟练使用Python等语言，有量化策略相关研究开发经验优先；
- 通过CPA、CFA、FRM考试优先；

### 个性风格
- 沉稳、严谨、专研，学习和动手能力强；
- 有1-2年固收投资相关工作经验优先。
