## Job description

岗位职责
- 规划区域内部年度行政费用，并阶段性检视行政费用执行情况，并与财务部对接行政类财务事宜
- 负责办公用品及固定资产的采购，记录其使用状况，并通过IT系统操作相关流程
- 通过系统维护部门通讯录及与新人报道相关事宜，包括新人权限、门禁开通等
- 整理汇总电催员的催收记录，并提供相关报表
- 负责区域内行政制度流程的制定及优化
- 其他职场内部的日常行政事宜 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有一定的领悟、规划策划、动手实战、分析并解决问题能力，一定的沟通协作、担当精神，一定的执行力，一定的结果导向型思维，跟踪到底，不遗漏，踏实认真完成本职工作，一定的抗压耐力
