## Job description

### 岗位职责 统筹全省团非车招标工作，包括但不限于下述内容
- 招标评分规则设计；
- 投标策略指导；
- 规范投标制度与流程；
- 搭建招投标数据库；
- 分析解决投标问题；
- 提升销售队伍应标技能。

### 任职资格 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有相关项目实操及标书制作经验者优先；
- 熟练办公软件应用、同时需具有较强沟通能力，责任心及较好的文字撰写能力。
