## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 负责公司内部非寿渠道拓展、维护，负责团体业务直销，推动渠道保费收入目标达成；
- 负责市场的开拓以及渠道关系维护，掌握专业化销售流程和业务实务操作方法，陪同展业促进团体业务达成；
- 负责续期业务推动及专业支持；

### 产品培训支持、相关契约、保全问题件沟通与跟踪； 任职资格 岗位要求
- 熟知医疗险产品，掌握中介渠道资源和团险渠道资源、良好的社会关系、渠道关系；
- 具备良好的责任意识、结果导向意思，沟通协调能力和建立关系的能力；
- 本科及以上学历，35岁以内；
- 有健康委托业务资源或相关业务拓展经验优先；
