## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责渠道保费计划、相关考核指标的达成
- 负责团队管理，团队建设
- 渠道开发与维护，带领团队拓展团险客户，对所负责渠道的个、团险业务产出负责 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 金融保险、医学相关专业优先，5年以上工作经验
- 有团险销售及管理经验优先，有团队管理经验优先
