## Job description

岗位职责
- 续期指标提升方案制定与落地，指标达成情况阶段性总结及困难点分析；
- 继续率及过程指标的分析与报表制作；
- 相关方案拟定、推动和落实；
- 续期督导队伍的管理与经营。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有同业或相似岗位工作经验；
- 擅长使用Excel，具有数据敏感性；
- 工作积极主动，有责任心，具有较强的逻辑分析能力、团队合作能力、沟通协调能力。
