## Job description

岗位职责
- 接待来访客户、安排和预约服务等行政工作；
- 为客户提供标准化的远程业务咨询、受理投诉与建议、基本业务办理指引等基础服务工作；
- 执行客户回访、客户关怀与电销任务，为客户解决问题，转化客户需求等；
- 开展投资者教育，风险提示等适当性管理工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备证券从业资格；
- 熟悉证券基础知识和交易规则，有证券从业资格；
- 具备一定客户服务相关工作经验；
- 较强的服务意识和沟通协调能力；
- 工作细致严谨，有效率，踏实。
