## Job description

岗位职责
- 本科及以上学历，经济、金融、会计、法律等与岗位职责相关的专业毕业优先；
- 具有2年以上信贷管理工作经验；熟悉信贷业务操作，具备基本的法律知识；
- 熟悉国家经济、金融方针政策，人民银行及监管机构对银行业务的要求，熟悉各位业务产品知识和操作流程；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。 任职资格
- 零售贷后管理，资产质量监控、跟踪；
- 外部合作渠道管理；
- 问题资产责任认定及处罚；
- 零售风险管理制度制定；
- 零售拨备管理及不良资产核销。
