## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻执行公司理赔管理制度及操作规则，组织实施理赔协谈各项工作，保证公司业务运行顺畅高效、依法合规；
- 负责权限内疑难、复杂案件的处理，确保机构案件处理的专业性；
- 负责对理赔结果、客户咨询提供专业性的理赔解释，使客户认同公司结论；
- 通过分析、总结理赔实务操作中的各项问题，提出专业性的理赔管理及理赔操作的改进意见。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融、保险类/法学类/医学类/经济类等相关专业优先 2、1-3年同类岗位工作经验 3、熟悉理赔及客户服务等专业知识，熟悉运营管理业务流程
