## Job description

岗位职责 1．协助业务分部经理和业务经理完成业务推动及客户服务； 2．协助完成新保与重新投保业务的服务工作； 3．企业客户的常规服务，包括理赔报告制作及解读、保全、 理赔、咨诉等工作支持，按时完成知鸟平台等相关培训和考试； 4．与相关部门沟通协调； 5．上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1．40 周岁以下； 2．大专及以上学历； 3．具有良好的服务意识和工作态度； 4．具有良好的沟通能力； 5．具有较完善的办公软件操作能力、数据分析能力，熟练运用 PPT、EXCEL、WORD 等工具。
