## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责公司团体业务的核保品质与风险管理，主导制定并持续优化核保策略、风险标准及作业流程，定期分析业务数据，确保业务健康发展。
- 负责承保团队的全面管理、绩效提升与专业赋能，打造高绩效、专业化的核保团队。
- 作为承保专家，为重大业务项目与关键客户提供核保解决方案，并深度参与跨部门协同，在业务发展与风险控制间建立平衡。
- 持续推动核保运营体系、系统工具与工作流程的智能化、高效化改进，并确保所有操作严格符合监管与公司合规要求。 任职资格 1、40周岁以下优先，本科及以上学历优先； 2、具备8年以上健康险或团体保险核保经验优先，其中至少3年团队管理经验。熟悉团体保险业务全流程、风险逻辑与监管政策，有大型机构经验者优先； 3、拥有出色的风险评估、数据分析与策略制定能力，并具备卓越的团队领导力、跨部门协同能力及复杂问题解决能力优先； 4、具有强烈的风险意识、合规意识及高度的责任心优先。
