## Job description

岗位职责

### 熟悉客户全生命周期运营
- 搭建客户分层模型AARRR（申请、激活、促提/复贷、流失等），制定差异化的触达策略；
- 负责流量获取到最终转化的全链路工作，包括但不限于投放策略、用户体验优化、转化漏斗提升等，打造行业领先的用户增长体系，通过A/B测试持续优化贷款频道等，对核心业绩指标负责；
- 熟悉ATOW各类渠道承接策略，提升业绩转化率；
- 开发活动营销策略以及存量客户交叉营销策略，挖掘客户多产品需求；
- 从风险与收益监控、客群监控的指标出发，建立统一的产品监控机制，对客户进行分层监控，观察目标客群经营情况及客群迁徙变化； 任职资格 1、统计学或理工类背景优先； 2、3年以上数据分析类工作经验优先； 3、具备数据敏感性和敏锐的数据洞察力，能熟练使用SQL； 4、熟练使用Excel和PPT工具，具备独立完成分析报告的能力。 5、具备优秀的跨部门协作能力和项目管理能力，能够统筹协调多方资源，推动项目高效落地
