岗位职责

### 体系建设
- 完善行政管理工作体系，优化各项行政工作内容，制定并完善相关制度；

### 会议活动
- 筹备公司级大型会议、筹办员工关怀活动等，有相关项目经验者为佳；

### 职场运维
- 负责公司总部职场日常环境管理及运维工作；

### 办公服务
- 负责公司办公用品管理、会议室管理、名片管理等；

### 商务接待
- 负责公司商务接待，有相关经验者为佳；
- 领导交办的其他工作事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有2年以上行政相关工作经验；
- 沟通协调能力好，执行力强；
- 熟练使用办公软件。
