## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动AUM或LUM业务，通过圈子经营、培训宣导、营销活动、面谈沟通等方式，线上线下相结合，达成业绩指标、通过考核；
- 做好寿险客群的银行服务，促进其体验及使用银行的产品及功能，提升其满意度；
- 通过宣导俱乐部业务（含俱乐部品牌、权益、产品、激励方案等）招募有意愿的潜力会员，同时推动会员实现新获客、存量客户提升。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历； 2. 金融行业或熟悉寿险客群者优先。

1、工作地点为深圳南山区、宝安区、光明区 2、薪资面议
