## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责严格执行总、分行业务操作制度、流程及相关产品规范落实面核工作，全面掌握客户相关信息，并核实客户提供的资料的真实性和准确性；
- 负责根据当地实际情况，完成贷款信息及违约金提示、资金流向及贷后用途凭证等客户告知事项，完成面谈面核相关资料整理归档；
- 负责受理房贷线上办押业务；
- 负责贷款业务的出账支持工作；
- 负责为客户提供贷后咨询服务、办理贷后变更业务等。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，无监管处罚、亮牌等不良记录或已过处分期限。
- 具备良好的沟通及表达能力。
- 具备个贷业务销售、审批及作业处理、作业流程管理经验者优先。
- 熟悉国家相关法律法规、行业监管规则，具有独立的业务合规分析及处理能力。
