## Job description

岗位职责
- 数据分析能力:具备扎实的数据分析能力，能够从大量业务数据中提取有价值的信息，支持贷中风险策略的制定与优化。能够实时监控客户行为和风险变化，动态调整风险策略。
- 行业经验:具备3年以上零售信贷、消费金融、信用卡等领域受薪类客群的贷中风险管理经验。
- 信用评估能力:具备较强的信用评估能力，能够根据数据分析，独立制定贷中管理策略，包括调额、调价、支用、额度限制等。
- 政策法规:熟悉国家及地方关于零售信贷、消费金融的政策和法规，能够将政策要求融入贷中风险管理策略中，确保合规性。 任职资格
- 统计分析工具:熟练使用SQL、Python、R等统计分析工具，能够进行数据清洗、风险策略制定
- 沟通能力:具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与业务部门、数据部门、催收部门等多方合作，推动风险策略的实施和优化。
- 创新意识:具备创新意识，能够根据市场变化和业务需求，提出新的贷中风险监控、调额调价及支用管控解决方案。
- 教育背景:金融、经济、统计、计算机科学等相关专业本科及以上学历。
