## Job description

岗位职责
- 搭建、维护外部合作，开展农险服务工作；
- 负责农险及非农业务达成及品质管理；
- 开展农网建设及农网团队管理，培训指导农网人员做好农险协办工作及农商险业务拓展；
- 负责客户异议处理等。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历；
- 熟悉当地动/植物产业，有较强的销售拓展能力；
- 有农学专业背景、各级政府农/牧/林草/金融财政口资源、十二大生猪养殖等农企经验、基层或同业农险工作经验者优先；
- 持C1及以上驾驶证，接受短期出差。
