## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责小微企业主及个人信用类产品营销、客户开拓和维护；
- 聚焦商机营销和存量客户经营，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 落实贷款业务经办承办、贷中、贷后管理，为客户提供综合服务，提升存量客户续借复贷等；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、1年以上个人贷款业务相关工作经验； 3、沟通及表达能力佳，有良好的团队协作意识，抗压能力强； 4、无违法违纪行为，有良好的职业操守和合规意识。
