## Job description

岗位职责
- 梳理及检视业务流程现状，监测日常业绩进展，提出可行性优化方案；
- 负责指标数据检视，并推动改善，对队伍指标达成负责。
- 负责销售方案的策划及组织。
- 队伍建设，培训对接沟通。
- 统筹推动性项目完成。 任职资格
- BK及以上学历
- 有销售队伍推动工作2年经验，金融行业优先
- 队伍推动能力，队伍协调沟通能力，组织活动的能力，项目管理能力；
