## Job description

岗位职责 1.1.各类客户咨询处理； 2.各类投诉案件处理； 3.服务问题的追踪与解释； 4.客户信息与增值服务管理； 5.其他业务管理理赔支持工作。 2.1.全日制本科及以上学历，医学/保险/金融行业背景有客户服务工作经营者优先； 2.具有较强的沟通能力，办公自动化操作能力，抗压能力； 3.品行端正，较强的沟通协调能力。 任职资格 1.本科学历，保险学、法学、基础医学等相关专业 2.1-2年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备
