## Job description

岗位职责 负责整合行内外反洗钱工作要求，构建并持续优化反洗钱模型，依托系统AI能力赋能一线人员精准高效履职。
- 反洗钱AI模型的设计与优化 融合客户基本信息、交易行为、外部风险信号等多源数据，运用人工智能与机器学习技术，构建并持续优化客户洗钱风险评级模型、查冻扣触发尽调分级模型及异常交易监测模型，提升风险识别的精准性与模型自动化决策能力。
- 数据特征工程 联合科技团队推进反洗钱标签体系设计与关键特征提取，完善反洗钱模型所需的交易流水特征标签体系，夯实模型数据基础，提升特征表达能力与准确性。
- 反洗钱尽职调查系统建设 打造智能化尽调系统，集成AI外呼、自动填写尽调报告、智能校验等能力，赋能一线人员高效完成客户尽调与风险评级，全面提升尽调工作的质效。 任职资格 1、3年以上工作经验，硕士及以上学历优先，计算机、大数据、统计学或金融相关专业优先； 2、有1年以上金融科技或银行风控领域工作经验，有成功主导大型AI反洗钱系统建设项目者优先； 3、熟练掌握TensorFlow、PyTorch、XGBoost、LightGBM等主流机器学习框架，熟悉Spark、Flink等大数据处理工具以及Python、SQL、Scala等编程语言；
- 具备扎实的统计建模与算法设计能力，熟悉分类、聚类、异常检测、图算法等典型应用场景；有实际构建客户风险评级模型、团伙识别模型、行为序列模型的经验；
- 理解反洗钱监管逻辑与业务流程，能将合规要求转化为可量化的模型输入与输出规则，确保模型决策可解释、可审计；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、表达能力、团队协作能力，能在产品上线后，做好培训及相关实施工作。
