## Job description

岗位职责 1 制定品质管理流程、低分回访规则等品质管理制度； 2 客户声音的管理及分析，推进客户体验的改善与提升； 3 投诉问题的分析、管理，推进改善； 4 定期出具各类品质分析报表，掌握品质现状，确保品质指标达标 5 对接各条线品质评分结果的抽检、复查；处理各专业公司的录音调取 6 对接管理部门（业管、各条线客户体验部等）工作汇报及问题沟通 任职资格 1年以上相关工作经验 熟悉各条线品质指标 提出品质改善方法 良好的数据分析能力 良好的跨部门沟通，协调，推进能力。
