## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责投诉案件处理，与客户沟通并安抚，妥善处理确保案件不升级；当地监管转办案件处理，办结行文报告；
- 执行并落实总部制定的投诉处理相关制度，整理流程和规则建议，推动服务体验不断完善；
- 咨诉日报、周报、月报及内部投诉专项报告撰写；投诉根因分析，推动责任部门问题优化，提升客户体验；
- 落实消费者权益保护的相关要求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险、法学、医学等相关专业优先
- 有2年以上咨诉处理经验者优先；
- 能熟练操作常用办公软件；
- 具有优秀的沟通协调能力。
