## Job description

岗位职责
- 对社区支行的各项业务负责，合理制定达成社区支行业务目标的具体工作计划并有效实施；
- 统筹好社区各岗位角色，通过有效的日常管理与辅导训练，带领团队成员完成业务发展目标；
- 作为社区支行案件防控、安全保卫、信息安全、消保工作的第一责任人，同时对监管检查及处罚负责，协调处理客户投诉，贯彻合规及风险控制要求。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有同业经验优先；
- 金融从业经验3年及以上，服务营销能力强，有运营、综拓、贷款、理财等零售业务管理经验者优先；符合监管关于支行高管任职资格相关要求；
- 市场开拓及服务营销能力强，熟悉银行各种金融产品及相关业务，持有基金从业资格证、AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；
- 亲和力强、有服务意识和销售特质、责任心强、积极认真、抗压力强、纪律及合规意识强，无违法违纪行为。
