## Job description

### 增员规划
- 分人群增员方案制定；推动增员；网点合作管理及维护；

### 队伍管理
- 团队长选拔、入职、辅导等；每日业绩追踪；绩优人员培养；非车专团组建及培养等；

### 营销推动
- 业务陪展、出单及理赔咨询；节点活动宣导及落地执行，推动代理人开单及产能提升；

### 线上运营
- 创保网核心功能推广、代理人活跃及留存提升等；

### 队伍培训
- 代理人线上线下培训，包括新人培训、产品培训等；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，有销售经验者优先；
- 有较强的销售支持、培训、渠道推动及沟通协调能力；
- 较强的学习和规划能力。
