## Job description

岗位职责

### 开展各类稽核项目
- 根据稽核方案及工作计划，以风险为导向，按照稽核流程开展总部、机构或集团交办农险/政保等项目非现场分析、现场检查，保证重大风险得到有效监控。完成与被稽核单位沟通、征求意见、报告撰写及按监管要求报送并归档等工作；

### 实现三促
- 负责对问题发现整改追踪，根据日常检查发现的问题向管理层提交三促建议，赋能机构，在源头解决问题，助力公司平稳健康发展；

### 风险监测与防控
- 根据外部监管和信息披露要求，具体开展内部控制评价及其他专项检查（如监管专项、监管问责检视、支持团体专项团队项目检查等），负责风险全景图迭代、预警指标优化、提交模型议题等，协助公司堵塞系统漏洞、流程缺陷，推动公司业务风险管控前置，提升风险防控水平；

### 行业政策研究
- 研究农险/政保等业务、监管/行业新动态，并进行培训、分享；
- 完成领导交办的其他日常工作。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历优先，审计、财务、法律、管理、农学等相关专业优先；

### 工作经验
- 2年以上工作经验，熟悉农险、政保业务条线产品特点及经营逻辑优先；
- 有较好的组织、沟通能力，擅长跨部门沟通，思维清晰，逻辑性强，有较强的表达能力和文字功底，良好的沟通和项目协调能力，团队意识强；
- 数据敏感度高，能使用SQL语言进行数据分析者优先。
