## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻落实总部人力资源管理相关制度，建立分部人事管理秩序；
- 负责分部员工关系管理，包括人事档案管理、考勤管理、入离职及合同续签等手续办理；
- 负责分部招聘渠道的开拓及人员招聘，有效控制人力编制；
- 负责分部员工五险一金办理；
- 贯彻总部绩效管理政策，负责协助开展分部、门店后线员工绩效管理； 任职资格 1.本科学历，人力资源管理等相关专业 2.1-5年相关工作经验
