## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司云平台的整体架构设计、技术路线规划与持续优化，确保公司云计算技术水平处于行业领先水平；
- 主导私有云技术选型，评估主流私有云方案，根据银行实际需求评估技术方案满足度；
- 跟进云技术发展趋势，对通算智算一体、一云多芯、混合云架构等发展趋势，结合业务需求创造价值；
- 协同规划全行应用、数据库、大数据等领域的上云进程，评估不同应用场景的上云战略，确保符合总体效益要求；

### 负责云技术相关领域的技术指导与知识沉淀，提升团队内云计算领域的整体技术水平； 任职资格 经验背景
- 8年以上云计算领域落地及运维经验，主导过大中型私有云或云原生项目从架构设计到成功落地的完整过程； 技能要求：
- 精通主流私有云技术栈，熟悉国内主流私有云产品的架构特征与功能实现差异，对私有云架构设计、组网、可用区涉及等有明确落地经验，熟悉不同设计方案间的体系化差异；
- 熟悉分布式存储、SDN、KVM、容器等各类资源虚拟化技术或方案，了解各类技术的使用场景和优缺点；
- 熟悉信创技术体系，对“一云多芯”、性能对比与应用迁移等有深入理解和实践经验；熟悉智算平台的组网、算力调优等具体场景；
- 具备扎实的系统设计能力，熟悉高可用、多可用区、容灾备份、多地多活等技术方案，主导过大型数据中心容灾切换场景；
- 具备技术规划、沟通协调与技术团队管理能力，具备优秀的技术文档编写能力；
