## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据业务模式构建数据分析模型，运用数据分析发现问题，对业务进展进行追踪，效果的反馈，并形成指导意见，产出相应的报告，为管理层的决策提供依据。
- 深入了解和梳理各业务线的产品逻辑，建设底层数据体系，实验和策略平台，效果分析和监控工具，构建合理的评价体系，衡量业务发展情况；
- 与相关部门密切合作，设计满足各需求场景的可视化报表系统；
- 运用底层数据进行多维度分析，按照集团及管理层的要求产出相应的分析报告，得出结论指导业务
- 领导交办的其他工作 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有优秀的领悟、逻辑推理、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，优秀的沟通协作、担当精神，丰富的专业知识储备，优秀的执行力，优秀的结果导向型思维，持续付出，努力推进，高质量完成本职工作，自我驱动，主动竞争，优秀的抗压耐力
