## Job description

岗位职责
- 维护并开拓私财客群，保持客户资产规模取得增长，增加营收，充分发挥银保专业资产配置能力
- 不断挖掘和满足客户金融需求，提供个性化资产配置、投资规划和资产传承规划，确保资产规模与创收的同步增长，提升客户忠诚度。
- 贯彻合规及风控要求，提升客户满意度。

### 任职资格 1、学历

本科及以上学历，经管类专业优先 2、经验：1年以上金融相关从业经验，具备私行理财经理、保险营销、高端客户营销工作经验等优先，银行寿险双背景优先。
