## Job description

岗位职责
- 严格遵循风险相关规定，在授权范围内按流程进行授信审查。对授信业务的信贷投向、资料真实性完整性有效性等进行合规性审查，针对审查业务提出风险点与控制措施，出具审查意见；
- 负责参与和完善授信审批工作相关的管理办法和操作流程；
- 负责实施普惠业务的风险管理，尽职贷前调查及贷后管理；
- 负责授信风险政策工作培训，并组织与实施；
- 负责普惠金融部风险合规相关事务管理；
- 领导交办的其他事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、会计等相关专业优先；
- 具有5年以上银行信贷业务或金融市场业务相关工作经验，熟悉风险管理相关知识和流程；
- 工作严谨，具有良好的学习能力、分析判断能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力和文字处理能力；
- 无违法违纪行为，有良好的职业操守和合规意识。
