## Job description

岗位职责 1 按照公司咨诉处理标准，在规定时效内协调处理客户咨诉事件； 2 业务相关服务流程，为提供客户快速、准确与专业的服务，取得客户认同； 3 制定个人学习成长计划，通过参与培训，岗位锻炼，不断提升个人专业知识； 4 及时反馈工作中存在的问题、协助推动公司各项管理办法的执行，提出对现场管理有长期助益的建议，以便公司及时解决、改善； 5 严格执行公司政策，完成公司交办的其它工作。 6 领导交办的其它工作 任职资格 本科以上学历，有1-3年一线座席工作经验
