## Job description

岗位职责

### 培训班运作
- 组织实施机构本部职代岗等培训班的运作及授课；

### 日常工作
- 个险新人职代岗培训工作； 导师培养：组织实施职代岗培训授权导师培养，举办讲师授
- 权班等培训，保持充足的授权导师班底；

### 指标推动
- 推动和追踪三级机构（含二元网点）、营业区新人培训岗前培训各项指标达成，本机构个险新人生产线运作绩效分析，敦促弱体指标的改善 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，
- 具备领悟融会、规划策划、沟通协作、动手实战的能力。
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、抗压耐力、专注聚焦、主动挑战的性格。
