## Job description

岗位职责
- 规划与组织保费计划的完成，对团队各项业务指标的达成负责；
- 整合公司产品、服务资源，针对性制定团体业务拓展策略，全流程跟进项目转化与客户留存；
- 聚焦央国企、大型民企、连锁机构等团体客户，深度经营高层关系，推动直销业绩目标达成；
- 对所辖业务经理进行相关业务辅导、咨询与销售支持，有效提升产能；
- 统筹协调项目中产品方、渠道方各类人员及资源支持。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险、金融、市场营销等相关专业；
- 具备3年以上保险行业团体直销业务拓展经验，具备央国企、政府及企业客户资源；
- 积极主动，责任心强，沟通表达能力强。
