## Job description

岗位职责
- 本科以上学历，财务、金融、商贸、营销、汽车等专业优先；
- 具有汽车金融、4S店相关工作经验，丰富的汽车经销商集团金融业务管理经验优先；
- 有团队管理经验，具有良好的沟通表达能力和承压能力；

### 具备扎实的汽车金融背景知识，熟悉掌握各类汽车金融产品
- 银行、厂金和第三方金融等； 任职资格
- 负责区域业务管理，所辖区域内汽车经销商（4S店）渠道拓展和维护，并通过渠道开发零售客户；
- 完成公司下达所辖区域业务目标及利润指标；
- 负责区域业务团队管理，团队搭建与日常管理，确保重点项目的高效落地；
- 负责收集、整理行业、竞争对手及本公司产品市场反应信息并及时反馈；
- 完成公司要求交付的其他工作事项；
