## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助客户处理事故的全流程理赔指引，指导客户填写及收集索赔资料；
- 解答客户理赔咨询问题，为客户提供优质的理赔服务；
- 负责完成公司内部的理赔全流程工作；
- 风险案件现场走访调查；
- 执行公司理赔政策及服从领导工作安排。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，交通运输、交通工程、车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化专业优先；
- 熟悉汽车专业知识及保险理赔知识；
- 有良好的纪律性，团队协作精神、刻苦耐劳精神；
- 具备较强的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力和表达能力；
- 认同平安企业文化；有强烈工作责任心；
- 拥有C1及以上汽车驾驶证。
