## Job description

岗位职责
- 通过线上经营的方式（电话外呼+企微触达），提升大众客群综合产能，负责通过线上平台为本行存量客户提供相应的金融服务，深度挖掘客户需求，做好客户的陪伴式经营；
- 负责落地线上经营策略，完成标准化经营动作，达成业绩目标；
- 负责了解线上经营客户资产配置及投资属性，做好客户维护及记录，根据客户需求，积极营销我行相关的产品，持续提升客户金融持仓及资产层级跃迁。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 金融/销售/客服等从业经验1年及以上；
- 悉银行产品，持有基金、AFP、CFP等专业证照者优先，熟悉基本财务会计知识，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力；
- 亲和力强，具有良好的团队协作意识与态度，良好的沟通能力，沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力；
- 具有极强合规意识，有违法记录或行业不良记录者禁入。
