## Job description

岗位职责
- 带领团队负责高价值客户管户经营；
- 带领团队做好高端资产配置、银保、基金等复杂产品销售；
- 带领团队负责传承俱乐部会员的经营及提升 ；
- 带领团队推动产品销售，达成AUM目标 ；
- 带领团队做好客户活动及传承俱乐部活动的举办。 任职资格
- 从事经济工作5年以上（其中，从事银行工作3年以上）；熟悉银行零售业务产品，了解各类个人客户的金融需求；
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有基金、保险从业资格证书优先；
- 具有较高的业务水平，在以前的工作中无违法违纪现象；
- 具有较强营销意识，执行能力具有良好的市场开拓能力和社会资源。
