## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责农险理赔案件的现场查勘、损失核定，收集整理理赔资料，确保定损结果真实、准确。
- 按照公司流程完成理赔案件的系统录入、审核与上报，跟进理赔案件的赔付进度。
- 协助处理农险理赔投诉与纠纷，向农户解释农险理赔政策与流程，提升客户满意度。
- 参与农险理赔风险排查，识别虚假理赔、道德风险等问题，提出风险防控措施。
- 定期整理理赔数据，撰写理赔分析报告，为公司农险业务经营提供数据支持。
- 机构农险公估队伍的管理。
- 参与承保区域内相关政府活动、防灾减损活动、宣传推广活动。
- 领导交代的其它工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，农林类、金融类专业；
- 熟悉农林专业知识和保险理赔知识；
- 品行端正，具有较强的团队协助精神；
- 具备较强的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力和表达能力；
- 认同平安文化；
- 持有C1及以上汽车驾驶证。
