## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据证照制度，负责证照年检、变更及日常管理；
- 根据印章制度，负责保单章与退保章的申领、变更、印章责任书签订及日常管理，负责公章的刻制及上缴；
- 负责新开门店的资产采购，及资产的日常领用、分发、回收、报废、盘点等工作；
- 负责分部及门店的办公用品、保洁、绿植、车辆租赁、活动、会议、服装等的采购管理工作；
- 通讯录、职场安全、礼仪、签报审批时效、用印差错率、外部接待、会务/活动组织等的管理。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历有学位证，有公关能力 2.1-3年相关工作经验
